Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by SO MALLORCA, including but not limited to group classes (Lagree, Mat Pilates, Yoga), private sessions, workshops, massage and spa treatments, class packs, gift cards, memberships and online bookings.
2. Eligibility & Health
By booking and participating in any class, private session or massage and spa treatment, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and able to participate safely. You are responsible for consulting a physician if you have any medical conditions, injuries, limitations, are pregnant, or have any doubts regarding your ability to participate in classes or receive massage treatments. For massage and spa treatments, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancies or contraindications prior to the treatment. Participation in all services is at your own risk.
3. Bookings & Attendance
All classes, sessions and treatments must be booked in advance through the SO MALLORCA booking system. Places are limited and subject to availability.
Late arrival may result in denied participation for safety or operational reasons, without entitlement to a refund or credit.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation and no-show policies vary depending on the booked service and are communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to cancel within the applicable cancellation window may result in the loss of the class credit or the full charge of the session or treatment. Late shows later than 5 min result in the denial of entrance.
Massage appointments are reserved exclusively for the client and may be subject to different cancellation policies than group classes. Late cancellation (<12 hour prior to booking) will result in the loss of the class credit.
5. Class Packs, Credits & Memberships
Class packs, credits and memberships are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unused credits expire according to the validity period of the purchased product. Unused classes do not carry over beyond the applicable validity or billing period.
6. Gift Cards & Studio Credit
Gift cards and studio credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used toward eligible services according to availability, validity periods and booking rules.
7. Studio Rules & Conduct
All clients are expected to respect the studio, instructors, therapists, staff and fellow participants. SO MALLORCA reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel memberships or bookings in cases of inappropriate behavior, violation of studio rules, or safety concerns.
8. Liability
SO MALLORCA is not liable for injuries, adverse reactions, accidents, loss or damage to personal belongings occurring on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Grip socks are mandatory.
9. Changes to Schedule & Services SO MALLORCA reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, therapists, pricing, services or studio operations when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
11. Acceptance
By creating an account, making a purchase, booking a service or attending a class or treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms & Conditions.
