Danaë is a Yoga teacher for over 15 years; teaching both in Mallorca and internationally through retreats and workshops.

As a island local, her journey has been deeply shaped by years of travel and diverse influences from around the world, which are reflected in her intuitive and well-rounded teaching style.
Teaching in English, Spanish & German, she creates inclusive and accessible classes that connect with a wide range of students. Her approach blends strength, fluidity, and awareness, with a growing influence from her studies in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

As the SoFlow Team Lead, she is not only guiding the teaching team but also helping shape the vision and energy of the studio, holding space for both movement (SoFlow) and stillness (SoCalm).
When she’s not teaching, you’ll most likely find her by the ocean, in the sun, or exploring the mountains. She lives by: “Let nature be thy Medicine”.

Lily is a movement instructor and personal trainer specializing in Lagree, Pilates, and yoga, with over 11 years of experience working both one-on-one and leading group classes.

Originally from Cartagena, Colombia, she brings a vibrant Caribbean energy into her sessions, expect a mix of warmth, motivation, and a strong push to challenge yourself.

Her classes combine precision, control, and intensity, creating a space where you’ll feel supported, have fun, and definitely sweat. Lily’s style is both playful and powerful: you’ll laugh, feel encouraged, and work harder than you thought possible.

She focuses on helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with their bodies, always through a dynamic and engaging approach.

In my yin and slow flow classes, I invite you to soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. We move gently, hold poses a little longer, and create space to truly feel without pressure or expectations. My intention is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can unwind, breathe, and simply be.

Fresh from teaching in Sri Lanka, I bring a unique ‘island mindset’ backed by over six years of deep, intentional pilates practice both on the mat and reformer.

My classes are a mix of technical alignment and high power energy. With a heavier focus on contemporary pilates, I specialize in making you work harder than you planned while keeping the vibe light with plenty of mid plank humor.

Born and raised in a multicultural environment, Thomas has lived and worked across different parts of the world, shaping a global mindset and a deep appreciation for diverse lifestyles and movement practices. Fitness has always been a constant in his life, whether through running, strength training, or high-energy studio classes, staying active has never just been a hobby, but a core part of who he is.

After years of building a career in the corporate world, Thomas made the conscious decision to shift his path and fully dedicate himself to fitness and wellness. This transition was driven by a desire to create impact, build community, and help others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected.

As an instructor, he brings energy, structure, and intention to every session. His classes are designed to challenge, motivate, and uplift blending performance-driven training with a social, feel-good atmosphere. With a sharp eye for experience and detail, Thomas doesn’t just lead workouts, he creates a vibe where people want to show up, push themselves, and come back for more.

I’m a yoga teacher and sound healer, teaching since 2018 when my journey began in Mexico. My classes are dynamic and flowy, designed to build strength and fluidity, while always bringing you back to a place of grounding and inner balance.

I combine movement with moments of stillness, creating a practice that not only energizes the body but also centers the mind. My sound healing sessions are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give your mind the break it truly deserves.

With a warm and soulful Mexican touch, I like to keep things real and human—sometimes deep, sometimes light, and always authentic.

Outside the studio, I’m a coffee lover—latte art is my morning meditation and my favorite creative ritual before the day begins.

My intention is simple: to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
